Commercial Property Administrator – Central London

Up to £35,000 per annum + benefits 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property/Office support, with excellent organisational skills. They should also have good communication and IT skills, with an eye for detail and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities (Property Administrator):-

  • Formatting and preparation of word and excel based reports in line with corporate style guidelines.  The role includes audio and digital typing
  • Reviewing documents and amending for grammar / spelling
  • Photocopying / scanning documents
  • Organising and administering electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assisting with ISO compliance
  • Raising invoices where directed and liaising with Accounts.  Assisting with updating / managing WIP reports and registering new cases
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders, keeping a log and progressing and maintaining a library of key tender information
  • Assisting in the general running of the department/office as required.  This may include items such as refilling printers, helping to keep the office tidy, logging post etc
  • Organising CAD drawings to be printed to scale
  • Taking and receiving telephone messages and making calls as directed
  • Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining diaries as required
  • Providing support to all departments where required
  • Ordering stationery and general office supplies including milk, compliment slips, business cards
  • Organising repairs when needed within the office
  • Ordering furniture as and when required for the office and also client portfolio
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Dealing with office invoices for sign off on a daily basis
  • Liaising and helping SFM in relating to the Property Group Portfolio
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Skills and Experience:-

  • A proven track record in administration support and diary management
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience working with commercial property, or the legal side of residential property such as conveyancing
  • Experience working in a firm of chartered surveyors, or an in house property team
  • Advanced IT skills including acrobat, outlook, word, excel and other office products
  • Good attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability, excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to write clear, concise reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to work at pace
