I am working with a prominent managing agent, who require an Assistant Building Manager, in a large, multi-let, trophy building, in Central London.
You will assist the Building Manager with daily operations of the building, including overseeing the building maintenance, health and safety compliance, and coordination with all stakeholders, supporting with the management of the service charge budget.
Ideally you will have experience working in a support role for a facilities management or building management role, assistant facilities/building manager, admin support, front of house, security etc. to have a good understanding of what goes into managing a building and have a desired to progress within the industry.
If you have a technical knowledge of property management, strong customer service and communication skills, awareness of health and safety regulations, and IT proficiency and you are able to work independently, handle pressure, and excel in organization and planning, please apply to the role.
