About my client:

My client is quasi-client side who is renowned for providing exceptional service! They manage offices in London's most sought-after areas. With a continuous commitment to excellence, they deliver a first-rate property management service, ensuring that their clients' assets are well-maintained and their tenants' needs are met with utmost professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Property Management: Take charge of the day-to-day management of a portfolio of office assets, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering a high standard of service. Prepare comprehensive client reports on the property management service and provide regular formal reporting to clients.
Financial Management: Prepare and administer annual service charge budgets, meticulously handle reconciliations and expenditures. Oversee the arrears process, including the collection of rental and other income, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
Compliance and Tenant Relations: Ensure tenants' compliance with lease obligations and handle applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter. Conduct thorough property inspections and maintain accurate record-keeping. Foster positive tenant relationships while addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, leasing agents, solicitors, and other consultants. Liaise with clients, providing expert advice on tenure and physical improvements to properties. Foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants, effectively managing all matters relating to the client's property portfolio.
Business Development: Work closely with the leadership team to structure and contribute to the growth of our business line. Play a significant role in the development and onboarding of properties to our serviced and managed office business line. Identify opportunities to deliver additional services and drive additional fee generation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a commercial property manager (2+ years)

  • Strong commercial acumen, able to provide sound advice to clients.

  • RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build gravitas and establish rapport with clients swiftly.

  • Positive attitude, a true team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Key Points:

  • Package: 55k  

  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance – Up to 10%

  • 25 days holiday rising 1 day per year

  • Private healthcare/pension

  • Due to the nation of the role, you will be required in the office 5 days a week.
