Working out of their West End office, you will be joining a market disruptor during a pivotal moment of their journey as they start to make serious waves within the property finance space. The Client
Established just over 5 years ago, our clients are a p2p lender helping SME property developers get fast financial backing up to £10 million and are being observed with great intrigue in the fintech space – having quickly made noticeable progress establishing themselves within the market. When the company first started out it took them 4 weeks to raise the capital on a loan, their most recent request took 6 minutes.
The Role
The successful candidate will be assisting with deal requests (reviewing, reporting), carrying out development appraisals and investment valuations. You will be tasked with creating reports on residential developments, creating appraisals for internal review and completing full due diligence of the loans. In time you will be tasked with sourcing the loans yourself, however this isn’t an immediate requirement. Full training will be provided to help ease you into the role.
About the reports/properties
Internal reports tend to be a few pages long, whilst external reports tend to be 10-12 pages. You will be working on properties such as HMO, Micro flats, Student Accommodation, New Builds etc…
