As a Property & Asset Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our client Estates Management team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with a keen focus on surpassing budgeted targets for rent, occupancy, and expenditures.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Senior Asset Manager, driving added value through lease renewals, regears, and rent reviews, ensuring the successful execution of smaller projects.
Building strong, productive relationships with tenants, local authorities, and solicitors will be central to your role, as you work diligently to uphold tenant covenants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
You'll also work closely with the in-house maintenance team to manage tenant repairs, planned maintenance, and dilapidations, while efficiently handling utilities and service charges within your portfolio.
To excel in this role, you'll need a solid track record in commercial property management, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of landlord and tenant legislation. RICS qualification would be beneficial, but it's not a strict requirement.
