I’ve partnered with a luxury flexible office provider, who require a super organized, problem solver, with outstanding communication skills.

 You’ll be responsible for maintenance strategy and day-to-day operations for their London portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service experience along the way.

You will lead a team of maintenance engineers encouraging collaboration and a high-performance culture

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and roll out a maintenance plan to keep our equipment and facilities in top shape.
  • Offer your technical knowledge to the team and help solve any issues that come up.
  • Make sure all maintenance activities are delivered to the high standards for cleanliness and appearance expected within the business
  • Oversee all repair and improvement work done by your team.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure we get the best service.
  • Handle the maintenance budget and find ways to save costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and standards are adhered to, conducting regular checks to keep the environment safe.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Develop and manage emergency response plans and act as the main contact during emergencies.
  • Ensure rooms are ready to standard within set timeframes, working with operations and design teams when needed.
 

What you need
 

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical expertise in maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
  • Budget management experience.
