About the Role: 

As a Senior Surveyor, you will manage a portfolio of properties, handling all aspects of service delivery, occupier engagement, service charge management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planned works and monitor PPMs for proactive building management.

  • Ensure statutory and internal compliance, instruct audits, and provide specialist advice.

  • Authorise supplier payments and submit funding requests.

  • Assist with client building and site purchases, ensuring legislative compliance.

  • Understand and enforce lease obligations and expectations.

  • Lead a team aligned with company values.

  • Engage with occupiers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of property instructions, including TUPE processes.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RICS and ISO standards, and statutory requirements.
