ABOUT THE TEAM

The role is split 60/40 property management/asset management. You will take responsibility for all aspects of an allocated portfolio of commercial properties. You will need to be willing to support junior colleagues in their management of properties and assist in their training and development. DAY TO DAY

- Manage service charge budget process and reconciliation in conjunction with Property Management Accounts. Be responsible for recoverable and non-recoverable expenditure within delegated limits.
- Review existing leases and ensure we are complying with our obligations, as well as ensuring databases kept up to date and accurate. Contribute to reviewing and amending relevant clauses within leases for new lettings.
- Management of an experienced property management team, reporting directly to the Head of Property.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be carrying out commercial valuations for loan security purposes on varying lot sizes across London and the South East.
